Capacity building for social workers (decentralised state services, private community structures, CSOs, etc.) and other actors in the chain of protection against violence (health personnel, magistrates, law enforcement agencies) and meetings with all the actors have encouraged the exchange of good practice and the harmonisation of intervention processes. More than 501 social workers were trained in listening techniques, awareness-raising, community approaches, case monitoring, psychosocial care and case management tools.
